An early bird ticket is one price for both adults and children. The early bird tickets are on sale for a limited time before our normal price tickets go on sale.
With an early bird ticket you will be allocated your seats when you arrive for the show, not including Ringside.

If your child is under two they go free and do not require a ticket. Once your child is aged two or over a ticket will be required.

Yes. We do a disabled and carer rate for £8 each available from the box office on-site and the venue of where we are. Please bring a letter or document for proof of disability and carer.

Yes, inside our big top we have spaces available for wheelchairs.

If you have purchased tickets online, you can show these on your phone when you arrive.

If you have purchased tickets online and not received your confirmation with tickets, please check your junk / spam folder as it may have went into there.
If it is not in your junk / spam folder, do not worry as we will have your name on the ticket list when you arrive for the show.

If you have to purchase tickets for the show, please head to our box office.
If you have already purchased tickets online, please head to the doors of the big top.

A voucher can be found in any local shop displaying our poster or it is pinned on our Facebook page – https://www.facebook.com/share/p/15pvF478C5/
Show the voucher at our box office on-site and this entitles you to half price tickets for up to four people.

Tickets online already have the voucher applied however there is a small booking fee on top.

On Thursday’s and Friday’s we have a special offer of Buy One Get One Free. One full price ticket = One free ticket, this can be purchased from our box office on-site at the venue.
On Saturday’s and Sunday’s we have a special offer of Kids Go Free. One full price adult ticket = One free child ticket, this can be purchased from our box office on-site at the venue.
Please note that you cannot use a voucher against these two offers.

Our box office is open between 11am and 8pm daily. A post will be done letting you know when the box office is set up and open at each venue.

Food and drink purchased from our sellers on-site can only be taken inside the big top. Food and drink from outside the circus cannot be brought in. Please make a member of staff aware if you have any allergies and require your own.

We do ask for cash preferably for purchasing of tickets and refreshments as sometimes the card machine signal can be very slow due to our locations.

Our doors open 45 minutes before showtime.

No, pushchairs have to left inside the doors of our big top.

If you cannot make it to the show we can exchange your tickets to another show for a small admin fee. Please ring our box office on 07563 727 206 or message us on messenger. Please try and let us know at least three hours before the show if you cannot make it.
Unfortunately, once tickets are purchased we cannot offer a refund. If the show is cancelled from our behalf for whatever circumstances an exchange free of charge or refund will be offered.

Majority of our venues will have free on-site car parking. If you don’t know the area and are travelling a far, please pop us a message asking about the car parking and we will advise you with where to park.

Yes. Please feel free to take photo’s and video’s of the show, however we ask that the flash is turned off.
