What is an early bird ticket?
Who requires a ticket?
If your child is under two they go free and do not require a ticket. Once your child is aged two or over a ticket will be required.
Do you do a disabled and carer rate?
Disabled and carer tickets are available at our on-site box office, priced at just £8 per person. Please ensure you bring the appropriate documentation when purchasing these tickets.

Do you have wheelchair spaces?
Yes, inside our big top we have spaces available for wheelchairs.
Do my tickets have to be printed or can I show on my phone?
If you have purchased tickets online, you can show these on your phone when you arrive.

What is a voucher?
Why are your prices different online to the box office on-site?
Tickets online already have the voucher applied however there is a small booking fee on top.
What is the Buy One Get One Free and Kids Go Free special offers?
What time is your box office open?
Our box office is open between 11am and 8pm daily. A post will be done letting you know when the box office is set up and open at each venue.
Can food and drink be taken inside the big top?
Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be taken inside the Bigtop.
Do you take card payments?
When do the doors of the big top open?
Our doors open 45 minutes before showtime.
Can pushchairs be taken into the big top?
We kindly ask that you leave them in your car or use our designated “buggy area.” Please note: items are left at your own risk, and Planet Circus cannot accept responsibility for any damage or missing parts.
Can I get an exchange or refund on my tickets.
Is there on-site car parking?
Majority of our venues will have free on-site car parking. If you don’t know the area and are travelling a far, please pop us a message asking about the car parking and we will advise you with where to park.
Can we take photo’s and video’s?
Yes. Please feel free to take photo’s and video’s of the show, however we ask that the flash is turned off.
General Ticket Information
Please note:
• Once you enter the circus, no refunds will be issued if you choose to leave voluntarily.
• Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the case of event cancellation or postponement.
• Seats are not numbered. Seating is first come, first served within the section you choose.
• Any changes to existing tickets (e.g., date or time) are subject to a £5 admin fee per ticket.
Age Policy:
• Under 2s go free (no seat provided; must sit on an accompanying adult’s lap)
• Ages 2–15 are classed as children
• Ages 16+ are classed as adults
• All children (16 and under) must be accompanied by a responsible adult
